Logging in and signing up
You log in with your mobile number. If you're new, we text you a password.
How do I log in?
Enter your mobile number and tap “Continue”. If you're new, we create an account and text you a password. Enter the password and tap “Log in”. In the app, tap “Sign up” first.
I haven't received the SMS with my password
Check that you entered the right number – it must be a Norwegian mobile number with 8 digits. The SMS can take a minute to arrive. If it still hasn't come, you can ask for a new password with “Forgot password?” on the login page.
I forgot my password
Enter your mobile number and tap “Forgot password?”. We'll text you a new password.
Access codes
If you got a code from your driving school or a partner, it gives you access without paying.
Where do I enter my access code?
On the website, go to the theory tests for your class and tap “Have an access code?”. If you're not logged in, log in first – the code is activated automatically afterwards. In the app, log in and tap “Have an access code?”, or go to Settings and choose “Use access code”.
My code doesn't work
Check that the code is typed correctly and that you chose the right licence class. A code can also be expired or already used. Contact whoever gave you the code, or our support.
